My role was to provide strategic planning to determine client needs and objectives; complete comprehensive market research to identify optimum alternatives and accurate building comparisons; create comprehensive financial analysis of lease and alternatives; and aggressively negotiate contracts focused on creative transaction structure.

Property identification, valuation, and re-development manager. Identification, acquisition, re-development, and marketing for capital group's strategic investments. Responsibilities included project management, market valuation, and investment analysis with direct P&L responsibility.

As a territory sales executive for IBM, I took on ownership for opportunity identification and contract closure in support of IBM's business continuity services. Utilizing a relational sales model, I developed connections with a diverse set of individuals from technical specialists up to the C-level executive suite in my targeted market. Our market, for these long-term contracts, ranged in size from the upper SMB market to Fortune 10 firms located throughout the western and central United States. The commonality that I sought was an opportunity to fill a gap in their services portfolio and ensure that they would be well served and better protected by an IBM service contract, as my ongoing customer. The position was quota carrying, to be accomplished through both the growth of established territory accounts as well as identification of "new logo" accounts. Once there was an identified opportunity, I managed a diverse sales team, comprised of technical and sales resources, to deliver complex proposals and contracts. The result of our effort: full quota achievement for every measured period. I was honored to serve with my team from IBM and learned more from my teammates and peers than I will ever be able to repay.
