• Proposal Writer for 142 proposals over 9½ years with a total dollar value of approximately $205 million. Involved with every aspect of the proposal cycle, from pre-RFP release planning, through proposal development and submittal, to final interview slide deck development, preparation, rehearsal.• Diagnosed and solved problematic process where 100+ RFP websites were registered to individual email addresses leaving RFPs unread for days. Developed concept for a new centralized BD inbox and login credentials database, presented to senior management, and then implemented and trained BD staff on the new streamlined RFP intake process that dramatically reduced the time between RFP receipt and review/qualification. • 300+ resumes and bios targeted as area for improvement with limited proposal team resources available. Designed process utilizing administrative assistants to coordinate “Lunch & Edit” sessions for all offices. The successful project was easily repeatable each year (2014-2020) and resulted in up-to-date, formatted resumes and bios with minimal proposal team time expended.• Supervisor for proposal writer (2015-2017) who transferred to the team: provided daily oversight, training, and support, reviewed work, and assisted with working towards established goals.
