I take a consultative approach, ensuring I understand the methods and needs of each firm I speak with. Some seem ubiquitous yet every law firm has their own unique needs and circumstances. It is my aim to understand as many of these factors as possible in order to suggest solutions which will optimise their path towards their goals, both short and long term.

This role involved visiting clients that needed additional assistance to make full use of their Practice Management Platform. Day to day tasks included face to face and remote trouble shooting and training, My specialist area of knowledge is foremost Legal Accounting, but also advised on other areas of Compliance, Document Management, Reporting and many aspects of the day to day running of a Legal firm through their Practice Management system.I also had responsibility for onboarding and training LEAP Certified Consultants, providing direct support and shadowing during implementations to ensure our high standards were met.

Over 8 years with Perfect Software I helped hundreds of law firms from sole practitioners to larger multi branch firms select and Implement Accounting and Practice Management Software. My Roles varied over the years, and once my experience had reached a high level I had involvement with almost every aspect of the business.My main roles included:- Account Manager- Product Manager (Case Management)- Legal Accounting Specialist - Key influence on product development and strategy- On site Implementation and Training Consultant - Sales - from initial contact, all the way through Implementation- Helpdesk Support - Marketing Assistant
