As Head of Development for App & Platform I am responsible for staffing, recruitment, budgeting, prioritization and plan/build/run processes for TV4:s digital products. The department currently has about 50 people working in different product and infrastructure devops teams.

As head of platform, i.e the streaming platform, I lead a team of solutions architects, project managers, developers and support managers to build and integrate solutions and also run operations for the TV4 Groups online video platform through the VoD-services TV4 Play, Filmnet, Csports and Cmore Play.We handle: * live encoding workflows, * vod transcoding workflows, * streaming solutions* advertising integrations (on server-side and client side)* cdn-delivery and store fronts, * conditional access, * drm solutions, * customer databases, * entitlement, * subscription and promotion management, * billing solutions with recurring payments, * crm and business intelligence solutions.

Handling business sustainable technical workflows for multiplatform VoD delivery. Responsible for CDN, online video platform, player development, ad integrations, ecommerce, CRM and entitlements solutions.

Aligning product road map with business road map, manage and coordinate development teams, contractors and suppliers, initiate QoS and QA processes

Main project manager for the roll out and development of TV4 Play VoD Services for web, mobile, tablet and connected TV:s. Manage budget, design- and implementation process for all platforms. Coordinate all setup and integration of payment providers with backoffice systems.
