Project Manager
CurrentProvide budget analysis, labor planning, and coordination of activities between all departments and personnel. Serve as mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products to customers stateside and overseas Outline, coordinate and schedule all necessary tasks such as order entry, material procurement, scheduling builds, and monitoring tests. Ensure contract deliverables are delivered to customers on time. Manage the implementation of specific customer contract line items that involve complex process and emission monitoring systems. Plan, direct, control and coordinate financial as well as engineering activities for projects. Manage and monitor projects from initiation through delivery, interfacing with all internal departments on technical and scheduling matters. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on time and budget. Assess project status and risk to meet customer expectations and business objectives. Develop, plan and administer procedures. Prepare project status reports.
