Marcus Sebastian Mason is Senior Partner at The Madison Group (TMG). Prior to joining TMG, he advanced the the legislative agenda at the National Railroad Passenger Corporation - Amtrak. During his tenure he was promoted several times and, also served as acting head of office. Marcus served as both Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for two California Members of Congress. Marcus won his first congressional campaign at age twenty-one before beginning his tenure as Capitol Hill's youngest Chief of Staff. Marcus chaired the African American Leadership Finance Council (AAFLC) for the Biden Campaign and worked with the campaign’s senior leaders. He served on the board of directors of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) and was a member of its executive committee as Treasurer and Chairman of its Budget & Investment Committee. He also served on the Audit Committee and worked cross functionally to ensure best practices were in place. He is currently on the board of directors Congressional Black Caucus Political Action Committee (CBC-PAC) and serves on its executive committee. In addition, serves as the treasurer and co-founder of Protecting Our Vote Super PAC. Marcus is on the Board of Directors for the Washington Government Relations Group (WGRG). He is the immediate Past President. He currently serves on the board of directors for two privately held companies. Marcus is a published author who writes spy thrillers under the pen name Sebastian Cheney. He is married to Christina Mary and is the father of a college graduate, Taelor Chanel and a high school sophomore, Romelo and Grace Anne. Marcus and Taelor co-founded MySportsPage.com, a technology platform designed to connect amateur athletes with college scholarship opportunities.
