Why do I get up every morning? Because I believe that organizational sustainability starts with skilled and professional staff. That is why I facilitate growth in individuals and organisations so that they can experience life changing aha-experiences that will take them further!Now I do that as senior partner at Martlesham-Tangmere, providing advice on institutional capacity building for organisations working in the civil society and engaged with socio-economic change. With this mindset, I also led the board of directors at the International School of Kigali (iskr.org) in Rwanda, supporting the Board members to adopt a strategic leadership model.Previously I did it as strategic planning officer in the Swedish Armed Forces HQ and as executive advisor to small owner-led start-ups. Earlier I did it as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the International School Phnom Penh (www.ispp.edu.kh) and as Chairman of the Board of Advisors for independent think tank Future Forum (www.futureforum.asia). I am also a former submarine officer, but now specialising in institutional capacity building, strategic planning and foresight. Expertise that I bring to customers and partners! I am interested in networking and building strong alliances with people in the nexus between the broader government and civil society, especially when it comes to higher education, institutional capacity building , development and futures issues.
