During my last six months at Pulsen I managed approx. ten systems developer consultants in their daily work and I was a member of the department management team.At the same time I continued as a Scrum Master for two teams.As a Consultant Manager I also worked with staff welfare, recruitments, salary negotiations, etc.

As an employee at Pulsen Application AB I worked with development of two systems within Social Welfare, Magna Cura and Pulsen combine.Magna Cura, a system used by approximately 45 municipalities spread over Sweden, is built in C++ with a Pervasive database in the back end. With this system I mainly worked with programming of scheduling and staffing.

At InnovationLab I developed and maintained several systems in different areas within the University College of Borås, including applications used by PhD students, applications used by the administration such as exchange student management, student grades management, etc.The programming was done mainly in C# with MSSQL, but in some projects I used.
