As the International Accounts Director at Boats Group, I am responsible for overseeing and growing our high-spending key broker and dealer key accounts, OEMs and boat builders alongside complimentary service partners to the marine industry.Taking the lead in driving revenue by utilising a consultative sales approach and bringing my creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to the table, working closely with a dynamic group of customers in an exciting industry. Often referred to as "the airbnb of boats"​, you can rent a wide selection of high quality boats, for less than you thought possible, quickly and easily. Everything from a kayak to a Superyacht is available and can be booked effortlessly with or without a skipper. Boat owners have the opportunity to make extra revenue to cover the cost of boat ownership in a safe and manageable way.

The Tresco Estate is a diverse and multi-faceted business of which the main component is a 5 star private island, however it also incorporates a number of hotels and other luxury businesses. Having been headhunted into the role, I became jointly responsible for a £30m+ product portfolio and solely responsible for new sales in excess of £15m together with dealing with £29m of legacy products to transfer. I am directly involved in selling, the complete sales process and delivering and developing a marketing strategy aimed at a diverse client base, including dealing with a variety of high net worth individuals and their families.This role is hands on and incorporates a great deal of customer interaction, as well as collaborating closely with internal departments and staff to ensure constant delivery of a customer experience that exceeds expectations.

As the Group Marketing Director for the Waterside Properties Group it was my role to manage and direct all elements of marketing and PR across the varied group which encompasses a number of businesses including: Waterside Properties Waterside Boat Sales Waterside Network Waterside Overseas Waterside DirectMy role involved every element of a traditional marketing role from corporate image right through the social media and everything in between. I particularly focused on the sales and marketing aspects of the business as well as building strategic partnerships with external partners.Business sold to my fellow co-founder and business partner and he will lead the continued expansion with further new offices in key strategic locations and working with new partners to develop an international office network.
