Patient Systems is one of them which consists of 3 product lines.As manager of the teleCARE (nurse call) R&D, I'm responsible for the delivery of the projects, quality of the products, technical implementation of the products and the working environment (housing) of the development team.

Introduction Agile in combination with Heineken project management process.Define the different types of roles and their responsibilities, which are used with Agile together with HDM2.0.Goal is to have a descriptions of the agile roles /responsibilities and who they are in HDM2.0Criteria/decision tree to decade for applying Agile in a project.Goal is to have list of criteria on which a project manager can decide to go for Agile in combination with HDM2.0.Define the impact on HDM2.0 when Agile is used. (Phasing and steps, e.g. sprints in Design and Build phase in classical waterfall approach), templates and relevant documentation, deviations in using HDM templates when applying Agile technique).Goal is to have Agile included in HDM2.x methodology.

Ericsson the Netherlands consists of different units. One of them is R&D unit, which consist of a department innovation, platform development and application development for telecommunication networks.As manager of the application department within R&D I’m responsible for a team of 20 persons consisting of product management, software architects, developers, testers and software teams of external companies.They are working in the area of next generation value added services for a telecom network My role in this is to lead Agile team of architects, software engineers and testers and to drive innovation, implement change and help others to drive change successfully. I'm part of the R&D management team, who steers the development unit.

Responsible for a team of software developers (15 in total), who are working in projects which develop specific customer adaptation.The projects are running in a short period of time (less than 3 month) from study up to delivery to the customer. The projects are done together with the customer to help them to be successful with their business.During this period we have successfully introduced Agile to be better prepared for the demands of the customers
