I work within ARM's Client Relationshop Division (CRD) as a Client Relationship Manager (CRM). This is more of a strategic role that involves developing new and existing business for ARM. Furthermore it involves ensuring delivery against major accounts and developing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that we align our services to meet our clients goals. I act as a senior account manager overseeing delivery using "virtual teams" across the business.

Managed 3 different divisions during this time of up to 16 total staff. The teams included a mix of specialist resourcers, consultants and account managers working within different domains and skill arenas. My role involved account management, ensuring delivery against existing and new accounts, business development and people management.

I was brought into ARM to help develop new permanent recruitmemt business within the electronics and defence market places. This expanded to both contract and permanent recruiting within multiple sectors and leading a team of about 6 recruiters.
