Refining his extensive skill set through these experiences has allowed him to become an expert in communication and negotiation. He now facilitates and delivers immersive training and workshops developing others ability to perform/negotiate under pressure.Additionally, Marcus is a qualified executive coach and mentor at ILM P-dip and is currently studying for his MSc in Communication, Human Behaviour and Deception Detection.
