I'm an executive coach who partners with founders, owners, and executives seeking to attack the opportunities and challenges they face in their business, personal, and civic lives.I partner with clients both individually and in peer groups in an integrative way to understand where they are now, define where they want to go, and plan the best route to get there.  My over 20 years experience founding, running, and exiting multiple companies in broadly diverse industries and almost 10 years experience coaching high performing executives inform the work I do. I'm certified by Columbia University's Executive and Organizational Coaching Program and am completing Mindfulness Based Stress Management training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine's Penn Program for Mindfulness.
