Manage Active Directory environment of 300+ computers and users across 3 locations and 2 states. Lead project to replace aging cisco switch infrastructure of 50+ switches and APs company wide, with Meraki equipment. Decommission old analog phone system, including meeting with phone vendors to design current VOIP phone solution, physical installation of phones, configuration of virtual phone servers and switches, end user training, and ongoing administration of new phone system.
