I love what I do because I get to simultaneously build and grow the company while assisting individuals on their path to long term career success. Through my career, I have found that my two strongest passions are innovation and the employee experience:► I love a new challenge. It's exciting to know that an idea can grow and become something that makes work and life easier for everyone. I have had opportunities to take existing and new ideas and build them into things that had a far greater impact than I expected. The thrill of creating is what motivates me each day. ► I first found my passion for the employee experience as a supervisor. I had the opportunity to create an employee committee that assisted in boosting engagement and morale. There is nothing greater than to have the employees in a company on your side by being transparent, setting reasonable expectations, and rewarding them fairly for their hard work. Everyone wants to feel valued. I have been able to take these passions and implement them in all of my positions. In return, I have found a greater purpose in the work I do and an increased understanding of the people I come in contact with every day.
