Lawyer by profession and Entrepreneur by passion.I have been practicing law since 2000, but during this time, I’ve also been a partner in 8 companies — 6 “traditional” businesses and 2 startups — and had the opportunity to work as a Business Management Consultant for 3 major multinational consulting firms.Of the 6 traditional businesses, 2 failed, 1 was strategically closed, and 3 were sold. As for the startups, in one, we sold the technology we were developing to an American company after losing a business round to Gupy. The other is currently "resting" on a hard drive.My academic background includes an MBA in Business Management, 4 Mini-MBAs in marketing, sales, corporate finance, and people management, along with various other courses in business management. I’m also a proud graduate of the Empretec program — a life-changing experience I recommend to everyone who aspires to become an entrepreneur. In the legal field, I hold postgraduate degrees in Social Security Law and Health Law. I’m the author of the book Social Security Planning for Self-Employed Professionals and Entrepreneurs, and I’m currently finishing a book on entrepreneurship.In 2011, I attended the first Finance course taught by Gustavo Cerbasi, and in 2018, after selling the startup Improve Talent, I decided to delve deeper into the subject. I earned the CNPI Analyst certification, one of the most challenging in Brazil, with just over 1,200 professionals certified nationwide. Despite its technical prestige, I found the profession could be quite thankless: when you succeed, people say, “You just did your job” or “Why didn’t you invest earlier?” When you miss, it’s a "horror show." My focus with the startup — which still “rests” on that hard drive — was Financial Education, an essential yet often taboo subject in Brazil.Today, and hopefully forever, my focus is on the Rights of Autistic Individuals and People with Disabilities. I am the President of the National Institute for the Defense of the Rights of Autistic People (INDDA) and the Champion Company Association.I say "forever" because I see this as a calling — something that truly touched my heart. I have decided to dedicate all my energy and knowledge in law and business management to making an impact on the lives of vulnerable autistic children and people with disabilities. I want this to be my legacy.In 2083, when I turn 106 years old (yes, I plan to live that long!), people will say, “He truly made a difference in the lives of thousands of children.” But if it’s only one child, it will have been worth it.
