- Managing a team of researchers supporting the personalization R&D leadership in execution on current and future strategies, as well as investing in the shared research practice of the personalization insights team.

- Managing a team of researchers across the Search and CMS product areas within the Personalisation organisation.- Responsible for making sure the Personalisation organisation has the right data, tools and practice in place for being able to effectively learn from experimentation methods. The role relies heavily on collaboration and influencing to ensure we improve our learning infrastructure.

Driving the insights agenda in the CMS & Editorial Tools product area within the Personalization organisation in close partnership with product leads.Key projects include: - development and evaluation of a new targeting model for content promotions; - mixed methods research for developing new user-centric playlist performance metrics; - supporting the development new algorithmic content products.

- Clear focus on leveraging behavioural understanding of users on the Mobile Experience to inform the design of a more delightful product.- Working across all stages of the product development process to support development teams in leveraging data and insights to take better decisions. Taking an end-to-end perspective on insights – from making sure that the right data is being collected, to making sure the insights that come out have high business value, and are well understood by key stakeholders.- Typical ways of supporting teams include exploratory analysis to identify opportunities in the product, setting up experiments to evaluate causality and activating leanings that are being generated all over the organization.- Promoted from Data Scientist to Senior Data Scientist in February 2017.

- Recruited, trained and established data science as it’s own function in Nepa.- Worked on strategic product development and consultancy projects with a clear industry focus towards Retail.- Projects to highlight: a Store Space Optimization application, a system for delivering Store-level Customer Satisfaction reports (including the first action hub), and retail product strategy consultancy projects.

- Operations: industry analysis, review of business plans, market research, financial analysis and other development work.- Customers: Zelig Reklambyrå AB, Workshop International Sweden AB, Retail Media Lab AB and AB Mora Konstförlag & Tryckeri.
