In the middle of my junior year, I started a property management company with one of my fraternity brothers in college. We were tasked with renovating and fixing up an old fraternity house in under a month. We now manage the building and have over 25 residents living here. Our goal is to provide affordable housing for college students in Corvallis, Oregon.

Officiate basketball games from the middle school level all the way up to high school varsity. Before games I meet with coaches and players to discus any concerns or questions for the game. During the game I make sure the game runs smoothly and deal with any issues by players, parents and coaches accordingly.

Set up and coordinated events for up to 400 people. Some of the events included, concerts, winter retreats, parents weekend events, wine tastings. As well as coordinating events I was in charge of managing 20-50 people at a time when setting up events.

I also purchase snacks and food for the house once a week. Finally, I manage 50 plus people making sure they are cleaning the kitchen on schedule.
