I am a go-to-market and marketing leader with extensive experience in IT solutions, including cloud infrastructure, data center and campus networking, computing and converged/hyperconverged infrastructure. My focus has been in developing route-to-market strategies for a product or solution, then defining audience-based messaging, incentives, programs and seller enablement to drive sales. My approach is to start with the customer problem and how the customer expects to consume that product. This means mapping technology to buyers, pain points, projects and desired outcomes. For partners (channel, distributors, OEMs), this means understanding their careabouts, profitability, and competitive positioning to deliver to them a solution they can effectively driveI derive my energy in any company by solving problems, not be focusing specifically on the technology.
