As the Chief of CBRN Operations at 3rd Infantry DIV, I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense operations for a division of over 15,000 personnel. With more than 22 years of experience in the US Army, I have developed and honed my skills in risk management, emergency management, environmental and hazard assessment, and personnel training and development.My mission is to ensure the safety and readiness of our troops and equipment in any scenario, from training exercises to combat operations. I collaborate with senior leaders, staff, and external partners to design and implement effective CBRN policies, procedures, and protocols. I also manage the budget, logistics, and resources for CBRN operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability. I am passionate about leading and mentoring my team, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and resilience.
