Campaign activity included organic and paid for social media, re marketing, search; in school/college promotion; press and media coverage.For clearing 2015 website views reached 7304, up 93% from 2014 with bounce rates down 9.5%. Social media reached 231,690 during clearing.Reviewed and developed the use of the Hobsons Connect customer relationship management system and introduced an 18-month applicant/enquirer communications plan, for recruitment and conversion activity for 2015 and 2016 student intake.
