My clients are from a range of industry sectors, mainly luxury goods, manufacturing, media, high tech and food and beverage, ranging from SMEs to household names. With Quastels' corporate department we help clients to set up companies and businesses, negotiate employment contracts, shareholders agreements and joint ventures relationships and put in place the full range of commercial agreements including collaboration and agency contracts, licensing, franchising and distribution agreements. We also advise on data protection particularly in dealing with cross border issues, along with mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and business reorganisations and investment agreements.
