Orchestrating relationships and coordinating services with our field managers, Inspectors, title companies and other third parties to exceed customers expectations and meet our internal service levels.

Focusing on quality control and data integrity for the onboarding of Commercial Loans. 10 years of bank operations experience. Advanced computer skills and utilizing information systems including Microsoft office suite: Excel, Word, Access. Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified. In charge of employee engagement initiatives for our department and actively involved in process improvement projects. Pursuing Green Belt and MS Excel certificates.

Providing oversight, documentation review, and setup of collateral items for Commercial Loans in multiple loan systems and vendor applications. Creating and updating process procedures and job aids for our primary job functions, providing cross-training for collateral transactions, and implementing problem solving techniques. Also conversing with relationship managers, portfolio managers, closers, and related lines of business to ensure complete and accurate collateral and financial instruments are booked and any related exceptions are resolved or escalated.

The Reid Foundation (TRF) is a nonprofit 501c3 (filing in process) organization that brings to life the vision, mission, and passions of Marcus and Rachael Reid.
