While a freshman student-athlete at UCLA, I was diagnosed with a rare disease with a 0% chance of survival. The doctors told me I was going to die because of the 12 people diagnosed with the rare disease, Aspergillus, there have never been any survivors.However as I was laying on my deathbed, I knew I had a higher purpose, so I strategically requested a room overseeing the football field and I envisioned myself practicing with my teammates. Despite what the doctors said, I knew that I’d recover and play football again… and I did.I went all in on my health and wellness journey. Because without it, I wouldn't have survived. I had to go vegan, gluten-free, get sunshine, rehab my body to be able to workout again, take on a whole new level of athlete-mindset and mental health and performance, and anything it took to get to holistically heal and maintain that healthy lifestyle to this day.Today, I create content with my growing community of 573K athletes looking to achieve peak health and wellness with fitness, nutrition, mindset, sports performance, and overall lifestyle through original content creation and in collaboration with brands, online/in-person coaching in NYC, motivational speaking engagements, and beyond.
