CurrentIn my role at OSCO Europe Ltd. as a Technical Operations Engineer, I’ve built expertise in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and backend analytics. Overseeing Amazon advertising campaigns, I’ve implemented targeting strategies that improve product visibility and profitability, including bid adjustments and keyword optimisations to achieve a balanced advertising cost of sale (ACoS). Analysing ad performance and refining SEO for product listings has strengthened my analytical skills and taught me the importance of data-driven decisions in digital marketing.A key focus of my role is managing and updating the OSCO website to ensure a seamless user experience and boost engagement. Self-taught in WordPress, CSS, and SEO, I’ve optimised page layouts, written SEO-friendly descriptions for over 40 products, and structured content for search engine indexing. My efforts have contributed to enhanced site functionality and visibility, allowing OSCO’s product portfolio to reach a wider audience.Another aspect of my work involves maintaining backend Excel files and custom scripts for tracking sales, inventory, and operational data. This has refined my technical capabilities in data management and analysis, helping our team make informed decisions on product performance and inventory levels.Image editing for product listings and marketing materials is also a crucial part of my responsibilities. I work with images to present our products clearly and attractively on e-commerce platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals across listings. Additionally, I assist with product listing management, focusing on content optimisation to maximise engagement on Amazon and other online channels.This role has been transformative, enhancing my adaptability, self-learning, and collaborative skills. My experience at OSCO has reinforced my understanding of the intersection between technical operations and digital strategy, preparing me to drive impact in future roles.
