During this opportunity, I was able to observe different departments of Sams Club and see how the business works. I was able to view and help create financial documents, and I was able to take part in the workplace environment that Sam Walton has created for associates and members. One of the vital things that I observed is how Sams associates treat their members. I even like the fact that they don't call them customers. It makes the members feel that they are a part of something special!
