Hey Guys! Welcome to my Linkedin. I write, record, and produce music. Classic rock, blues, and jazz are my favorites, but I have an open mind. I play several different instruments, including guitar, bass, keys, and drums. My favorite guitarists include Larry Coryell, Terry Kath (Chicago), John Abercrombie, Gary Duncan (Quicksilver Messenger Service), Charlie Byrd, Wes Montgomery, Kenny Burrell, John Scofield, and Mick Taylor. Bassists I enjoy include Ron Carter, Chuck Rainey, Lee Dorman (Iron Butterfly), and Jaco Pastorius (Weather Report.) Other musicians I admire are Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, Dave Brubeck, Julian "Cannonball" Adderley, and John Coltrane. Some bands I love are the Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, the Allman Brothers, the Grateful Dead, Santana, and the Black Crowes. As for vocalists, I like Jim Morrison (The Doors), Marvin Gaye, Rod Stewart, and an old R&B singer named Arthur Prysock. When I play harmonica, I always think of Little Walter and Junior Wells. So, I would say that I have an appreciation for nearly everything musical, and it certainly shows in the songs that I perform.
