Developing Innofactor's Cyber & Information Security Service portfolio from the scratch, owning and delivering various cybersecurity advisory services.ACHIEVEMENTS:Together with our team of experts created Innofactor's cybersecurity service portfolio from the ground up. Conducted thorough cybersecurity service market analysis in Finland, networked with top industry vendors, exercised due diligence while auditing various products for services and found new business from the scratch. Co-operated closely with sales and marketing, developed, managed, sold and delivered multiple various cybersecurity services. Target customers included e.g. CISOs, IT managers, top management and board of directors. Managed development of CSOC service, created Vulnerability Management and Crisis Simulation services from the scratch, assessed organizations using frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, Katakri, OWASP ASVS and CIS 18. Contributed significantly in developing and delivering Offensive Security services (Pentesting and Red Teaming), delivered various webinars and co-hosted Innofactor's Cybersecurity Studio videos, which included presenting topical news and phenomena from the world of cybersecurity. At the same time was a member of the company Information Security Group, participated in company ISO27k certification process, found new people to recruit, mentored junior employees, completed various courses (incl. CSOC specialization training by MPK Ry, Katakri Lead Auditor and NIST CSF course), gave a speech in SavoSec 2023 event and achieved different ICT certificates (incl. CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:Consulting companies and organizations in cybersecurity domain. This included delivering consulting services in English and Finnish (incl. e.g. general security assessments and SIEM & log management consulting), project managing CSOC deployments, providing presales, contributing in service development, responding to tenders, advising customers in cybersecurity strategy, security management, security architecture, data privacy, intrusion detection, awareness and data protection. Position also included contributing to developing various managed cybersecurity services (OT/ICS security, firewall rule optimization) and promoting internal cybersecurity awareness academy program called Cyber Academy (Kyberakatemia).ACHIEVEMENTS:Delivered multiple security audits and project managed numerous service deployments (incl. e.g. CSOC service), represented employer by lecturing in various security events and webinars including Cybersecurity Executive to hundreds of C-level executives. Launched an internal cybersecurity awareness academy program (Kyberakatemia), participated in Tivi Digital & Cybersecurity Advisory Boards, HAVARO 2.0 development workshops and FISC workshops. At the same time voluntarily co-founded Blue Team Builders security fellowship, completed specialization training in cybersecurity by Metropolia UAS and joined various security trainings, workshops and events including TAISTO18 practice workshop, CSOC specialization training by MPK Ry and Disobey security events.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:Multifaceted role including directing company marketing, providing technical cybersecurity expertise into marketing, leading marketing team, orchestrating partners, managing vendors, assisting B2B sales, technology tracking, event management, contributing to service development, service quality assurance, service commercialization and pricing. Was responsible for marketing budget of 175k€ and performed under the direct management of CEO.ACHIEVEMENTS:Together with the rest of the marketing team planned, build, documented and executed company's marketing strategy. Created numerous efficient, systematic, measurable and documented best practices, processes, policies and marketing collaterals from the scratch. This included e.g. CRM project management, creating processes such as event lead generating, budgeting, customer satisfaction surveys and event management. Renewed company’s most significant annual customer event, advertised company in various media (e.g. national TV, Internet, radio), launched company's social media channels and networked with key cyber security and networking companies based in Finland. Simultaneously followed closely Cyber Security technology landscape, continued ICT studies, completed various technical Cyber Security and Networking courses and achieved different ICT certificates (e.g. Cisco CCNA).

Performed under the direct management of CEO.ACHIEVEMENTS:Contributed significantly to productizing and commercializing Direct Connect cloud connection as a service, Cyber Immunity cybersecurity service (UEBA) and MobileNet mobile router service. Led company web site renewal project as Project Manager. Represented employer by lecturing in various events including several Management Events 600min to hundreds of C-level executives.

Managed to acquire well-known international enterprises and organizations as clients. E.g. ISS, Fujitsu, KPMG and also various ministries in Finland. Managed a roster of over 20 independent contractors. Received broad attention in Finnish media and was requested to provide expert statements for Finnish newspapers, magazines, TV and online media. Achieved to market the company’s web site on mobile data security for Google’s most searched Finnish pages on mobile data security (Search Engine Optimization, SEO).
