Growing up, I had always admired the teachers who took the time to build relationships with their students. After being in education for four years as a math teacher, grade-team leader, and curriculum developer, I can now say I truly understand the effort required to build those relationships day after day. In the summer of 2022, myself and a couple of experienced colleagues launched Structure Innovations Education for the purposes of developing leaders within the field of education. By offering programs and services to new and established teachers, administrators, students, and families, SI Educations aims to make a systematic change in our communities one leader at a time.
