Serves as the primary staff planning officer and principle organizer for a force reconnaissance company of (160) Marines and Sailors for two reserve drilling sites (Kaneohe Bay, HI and Alameda, CA). Advises the Commanding Officer, other primary staff officers, and commodity staff section Officer in Charge (OICs) on all matters of Unit Training Management and instruction design. Prepare and publish operation orders to subordinate commanders.
