I am an entrepreneur with a track record of successfully building, delivering and supporting value adding simulation solutions empowering engineering to reach higher performance for lead-time, cost and quality.I have led many local and global teams & projects and I was privileged at Nokia and Microsoft to work with many enthusiastic & skilled experts and managers establishing simulation as a competitive advantage of R&D.The motivation to start my own business together with my companion was to utilize our previous experience and knowledge delivering our customers value adding consultancy and solutions for engineering simulation process, methods, automation, data management and collaboration. Our company has been doing steady and encouraging progress implementing our business plan.My field of specialty is within engineering hardware simulation or Computer Aided Engineering (CAE), Simulation Process and Data Management (SPDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) where my focus area and the responsibility of my team for many years was providing software applications, automation, collaboration, data management and computing solutions for conducting mechanics and electronics simulation within R&D.In addition, I have over the past 20 years strongly contributed to simulation capability, methodology and process development and it would not be unfair to say I was the key leader and driver building Nokia’s mechanics simulation setup.During my last years at Nokia and Microsoft my team was organized under IT and this provided experience of datacenter migrations, infrastructure virtualization, cloud migration, data carve out, database migration Oracle to SQL and IT service management giving a deep insight into how engineering and IT interacts.I have a good sense of humor, can make a good presentation getting the message through and I have the experience of a few keynote speeches at user conferences.Phone: +358 50 551 4270Email: marcus.theman@nablaslabs.com
