Designed a project to cut costs by 3.8% in year. Retail: Reduced costs and improved availability to compete with discounters. I trained and mentored 7 store team leaders to refine, trail and roll out improvements across 38 stores. Delivered 2 year high in availability and halved customer waiting over an 8-week period.Working closely with the client laid out a distribution centre to allow for stable packing, product safety and coherent pallets for the stores to process. Saw 50% reduction in mixed pallets, worth £2.3M per annum.Healthcare: Working across 4 private treat centres to increase revenue through greater capacity. Improvements to the booking process and operational procedures created additional £3M per year. Rail: Reduced overheads in Train Operating Company. Led a self-funded programme that realised savings in year against budget of £500k over 6 months.
