The Informatics Law is intended for all hardware and automation companies that invest in RD&I.From these investments and compliance with PPB's, credit is generated to offset federal taxes.c) Ex-Tarifário, the import tax reduction: The “Ex-Tarifário” is an initiative of the Brazilian government created to reduce the import tax, applicable to products that do not have a national similar and that meet certain criteria. In this way, it encourages imports by facilitating access to innovative foreign solutions in the local market and protecting local suppliers of similar solutions in Brazil.d) Fixed reduction of 75% of IRPJ + Reinvestment of 30% of IRPJ (Sudene / Sudam);Companies with ventures headquartered in the North, Northeast and some municipalities in MG and ES benefit from the Fixed Reduction of 75% of the IRPJ and Reinvestment of 30% of the IRPJ.- obtaining and/or renewing benefits;- Maximizing the benefit through Review of the calculation of Exploration Profit and Incentive Revenue
