Teamleder warehouse for approx, 30 persons. Main goal is to effectively run a warehouse for Equinor in Florø, Norway. Continually searching for smarter and better ways to operate and to improve my team and safety with (digital) smart solutions.

Receiving department (to oil platforms)• Defined work in 3 areas and implemented rotation system to strengthen the knowledge of the team• I worked on improving communication between different departments; transportation of goods between different buildings and distribution of documents.• Completed working procedures for Saga FjordbaseBackload department (from October 2013, returns from oil platforms)• Started with procedures/job descriptions• I simplified some processes by automating information from SAP to Excel• February 2015. Helped with official procedures for Equinor processes.June 2015 Saga Fjordbase lost there contract to Norseagroup and I was transfered to the new company where I became the leader for the warehouse.

Working at Saga Fjordbase, warehouse. • Designed a roller track system to improve working circumstances and efficiency. • Introduced whiteboards to reduce mistakes when receiving goods.• Started to register day to day working processes for improved communication and learning.

I was responsible for the entire technical graphic process (leader prepress and process engineer printing department). The company had a team of technical specialists (or engineers as they called it). One for the technical support (repairs), one for the graphic process, and one for the imaging of the data. The printing technique used was silkscreen. I was not familiar with this technique but it was challenging and fun. My job was to train the workers, write job descriptions, improve the technique, calibrate and adjust machineries, purchase of all materials that was needed during the process, safety on the work floor and support I case of problems. The products we produced where CD´s and DVD´s. Started as a 3M company, was sold to Metatec (Had CD´s and DVD´s as core business). The marked became more difficult every year and the mother company had to sell our part to Mediamotion. Mediamotion went bankrupt and our division made a new start as Promesse. I quit my job to move to Norway.

European Distribution Centre for US company. Started private labelling program of products. Purchased and created printing materials for all the subsidiaries in Europe. Started packaging department and created a universal boxing system which was designed after the products of Katun and the different sizes could always build up a perfect pallet.In order to maximize the packaging department I calculated how much time I used on all products and how much time I needed on unplanned jobs. By doing so I had enough work for my staff and the rest I could send away to external partners. This way I could minimize the costs and still meet all delivery dates.

Started with die-cutting and foil printing. I was asked for a position Customer Service. Because of reorganizations within this company I lost my job and started at Katun EDC.Worked one year as a printer a one year as customer service contact.
