Following my parents advice, I left home at the age of 14 to study in another city. At 17, during my electronic technician course, my first daughter was born. This life changing experience was crucial to the development of my sense of responsibility.I started working at Metro-SP as a technician with the age of 19. There I absorbed the practical knowledge about the subway system and got promotions in the technical field.I became an Electrical Engineer and, since then, studying has been constant in my life. I've taken 3 post graduation degrees so far.Over the years my focus was slowly changing from engineering to management.
