PTW CoordinatorControl Simultaneous Operations on the unit. I assist Performing Authority on correct documentation following company procedures. I manage Isolation certificate boxes and assist Area Authority and Isolation Authority on the process. I'm also responsible to arquive the PTW on board.Maintenance SuperintendentReplace MaintSupt in his absence: Vacation, Course, Emergency. Maintenance team management, MOC control, Work Orders audits, support teams on decision making. Assist offshore and onshore teams on job planning, specially involving third parties. Manage Engine Room, Topside and Turret equipment.

I supervise all Engine Room, IGG, Gas Skid and Boiler operations/watchkeeping. As Area Authority I also supervise all third-party activities on Engine Room and some Top Sides. With SAP PM I can manage all preventive and corrective maintenances designated to my team. My department assists all Maintenance team regarding mechanical isolations, equipment testing and parameters monitoring. I supervise utility systems inventory such as potable water, diesel and chemicals. Together with maintenance team (LeadMEch, E&I Supv, System Tech) we control all Utility Plant aspects, giving support to Marine Team as well during Offloading, Fire-Fighting Systems, Inert Gas system, etc. We use Siemens FCS to monitor and operate remotely the Plant.

I inspect, operate and repair purifiers (HFO/DO), FW and CSW pumps, air compressors, incinerator and other equipments in compliance with the manual. I request and control spare parts from the machines I'm responsible for. I also measure and control the chemical dosing from boiler, expansion tanks, evaporator and sewage system. I assist the chief and 2nd engineer specially on complex repairs such as overhauling. We follow the ACONIS System at ECR.

Crude Oil Tankers. Repaired and operated, HFO and DO purifiers, CSW pumps, emergency fire pumps, Sewage Plants, air compressors, incinerator, Boiler(water Analysis), feed pumps, FWG (Submerged Tube), bilge and sludge pumps. Assisted 2nd engineer on repairing HVAC system, Steering gear, Main Engine, Power Pack system and other complex jobs. Overhauled Daihatsu and Hyundai Generators. Operated IG system and COPT. Managed Chemical and LO stores. Controlled all spare parts from incinerator, air compressor, purifiers, deck compressor, and CSW pumps. Engine: MAN B&W / Hyunday / Daihatsu

PSV. Repaired and operated water transfer pump, DO purifier, hydrofor system, air compressor, etc. Managed water transfer to platforms and vessels in need, Able to operate Main Bus Bar manually and advise bridge when necessary during operations. Applied preventive maintenance on generators and thrusters. Assisted chief engineer in more complex jobs. Engine: Cummins.

6st generation drillship. Repaired and operated Jets sewage system, boiler (water analysis), bilge pump, purifiers, air compressors, coolers, FWG (plate type evaporator). Managed chemical and LO stores. Assisted 2nd and Chief Engineer in all preventive and/or more accurate jobs: OWS, Generators, HVAC, CSW pumps, and others.
