About Marcus Weiland

I am 21 year US Army Veteran senior leader with a specialty in Command and Control operations from Space Operations to Divisional Maneuvers who is looking for a lifetime career where I can use and expand my skills to make a positive impact. I have participated in numerous joint missile exercises that included MDA and other partners that tested various aspects of integrated missile defense. I have also tested and integrated numerous air and missile warning and defense systems from Improved Sentinel (Forward Area Air Defense) to Tier 1 warning systems (Joint Tactical Ground System). I developed programs of instruction and certifications for C2 systems at the FAAD level up to support of PATRIOT systems. I have written and certified several courses as a 14J Senior Instructor/ Writer. I have also had the opportunity to participate in the continued verification of the U.S. ICBM programs by providing scoring and other specified capabilities of Minuteman missiles during no less than three Glory Trip (GT) missile tests. I have nearly 15 years experience of dealing directly with contractors in support of air and missile defense missions and requirements. I served directly with contractors in support of U.S. space surveillance and missile test requirements from 2013-2015, and served as the Technical Monitor for a SAP program of strategic importance. I also served as the fiduciary account holder for over $400M in transactions between the U.S. government and contractor. I have lead teams from as small as 4 individuals to companies of 110 plus personnel, and have briefed dignitaries at the strategic level.
