Recruited to lead a large delivery team of consultants as the new office established its presence. Executed project management with responsibility of coordinating, monitoring, and delivering assigned projects within large country programs across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. Handled financial planning, resource allocation/forecasting, and revenue recognition across all Middle East professional services as I helped grow the office from ~25 employees to a headcount over 350.
