I have spent the last 10 years working remotely across various digital roles. The last year has seen me focusing on executing user centric mobile applications and web based products for a range of clients, primarily in the employee experience space. In my previous role I was leading an agile development team as a SCRUM certified Product Owner. I specialise in curating personalised, contextual journeys for our users and optimising our digital sales channel (CRO) through targeted experiences. Witihn the team we are using an array of Adobe tools and methods to deliver our business goals. My position heavily relies on collaborating with stakeholders across the wider business to create tests and experiences based on their requirements to validate hypothesis. For measuring impacts and collecting data I am using Adobe analytics. Having a background in both user experience and design I am always considering the greater impacts we can have with changes to our customers and users.When I’m away from my laptop I’m a passionate photographer, kitesurfer, paraglider and general outdoor enthusiast.
