• Leading a cost reduction project at AWS, focusing on process automation, resource rightsizing, removal unused resources, migration of obsolete resources and developing guardrails to optimize governance and avoid rework;• Monitoring cloud expenses, analyzing deviations, creating action plans collaboratively with teams, developing forecasts and executive dashboards, and continuously monitoring KPIs. Utilizing various tools such as AWS CUR, Cost Explorer, Athena, Config, among others;• Resolution of cost anomalies and identification of optimization opportunities;• Facilitator of cost reduction committees, promoting improved communication among teams, cost visibility and empowering them for a more intelligent and responsible management of their cloud costs;

• Introduction of the DevOps culture internally and development/addition of a DevOps solution to the services offered;• Monitoring and acting on several projects in the development of cloud solution architectures (GCP and Azure), on-premise and hybrid, in collaboration with customers;• Development of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Statements of Work (SOWs);• Integration of multi-cloud pipelines (GCP and Azure) and provisioning (CI/CD) using tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, among others.
