Niet veel later volgde "Extremisme"​, die de onmacht en jarenlange terreur van de Moslim bevolking in Palestina, eens van de andere kant belicht. Wederom een zeer verrassende actie thriller. "Vuil Spel" is nu in de maak en toont onomwonden de vuigheid van de CIA en tot hoever zij willen gaan, echt duidelijk aan. Together with my french boss and a very strong team, I'm responsible for the IT infrastructure. On the one hand we have the systems engineers building and maintaining the hardware and platforms, on the other the Business Analists working the logical composition of the ICT system. A challenging but nice job, with lots of different problems and people working them. Hurahhh!

Managed all aspects of IT, together with my team of specialists. Main focus, given the fact that we were working in a credit providing French owned bank, was managing change and incidents. Quite a lot of them actually. Where other banks work with teams way above 100 persons, we were only 21. However the French are quite "flexible" when it comes to numbers or quality. Without a doubt many customers were negatively impacted, my efforts to the contrary, not withstanding.

Shopbusters is a new and exiting webshop aspiring to become a well recogniced brand in the dutch market. The CLO/CTO is responsible for the creation of the required informationsystems and logistical handling of purchased goods. With success the actual site, article management databases and logistical systems were implemented. Furthermore the creation of a CRM system is underway.

The managing director was driving an enterprise in the blasting and conservation branche together with 2 partners. Complex projects were managed like reconstructing part of a burnt down paper factory, and building high pressure blasting machines used in tarmac & asphalt roughening assignments. Treated surfaces can be found on airfields like Charles de Gaulle and Schiphol as well as stretches of highway throughout the Netherlands.

Started out as an independent entrepreneur on a first assignment: recreating a foundation. Products, proposition, earning model, internet site and all the required marketing material were recreated. Both member administration - and financial systems were redesigned and recreated.

During this time i've been involved in a number of projects. Most important was the reorganisation of the Backoffice of Dutchtone's CRD. All 35 incident handling processes were identified, described and organised into dedicated problem solving teams. Information and support systems were redesigned to offer help for the agents. Throughout the projects much effort was put into coaching the employees on all levels in the organisation.Dutchtone, at that time, offered a highly political environment which required a lot of sensitivity given the very short timeframe in which the results were required. Prominent amongst them is a UN Mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina where we opperated under the command of General Morillion (responsible for creating Srebrenica). Always leadership positions. Obviously poor skilled in my first jobs, but getting progessively better during my career. Experience comes with making mistakes. You could say I have a lot of experience. However one will be hard pressed to find a team that will not endorse me on leadership.
