My journey has been fueled by an unwavering passion for solving complex problems and innovating in the business world by harnessing the potential of data.Hailing from Germany, my childhood was marked by an insatiable curiosity, always pondering the "Why?" behind everything. This quest for understanding drove me to seek a diverse academic background across Europe and Asia, equipping me with both deep expertise and a holistic worldview. Today, I apply this knowledge to help both domestic and international organizations navigate and solve their most pressing issues.As an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, I help organizations transform and innovate by developing and implementing strategy to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. I advised public and private equity-backed clients from industrial manufacturers, agriculture, B2B services, and government agencies, and I enjoy working closely with the client’s senior leaders. My fascination with the intersection of technology, business, and society is at the core of my professional ethos. In my Ph.D. dissertation, I explored how established companies adapt to disruptive business models, especially in the realms of digital ecosystems, data, and AI within B2B contexts. This research was part of the Cluster of Excellence "Internet of Production," a large interdisciplinary initiative at RWTH Aachen funded by the German National Science Foundation (DFG). Here, I led a pioneering group focused on "Data-based value creation during usage of connected data, products, and equipment".When I'm not researching or consulting, I like to play tennis, swim, and hike. I enjoy good Italian food with a preference for French wine.
