Started @ IBM in 2000, just after the Y2K craze. I was filling in at a temporary position for someone on maternity leave simply taking customer purchase orders for specific support options. Once my time was up I was offered a full time role with IBM. Through trainings and studying I moved into a support role where I would be working directly with large company Administrators resolving their issues and answering their questions. I was allowed to expand my knowledge of IBM and Lotus products by being able to join other support teams in order to round out my area of expertise.
