Successful executions include The Phantom of the Opera 30th Anniversary light show atop the Empire State Building, #PhantomFashion30 partnership with Council of Fashion Designers of America and Bank of America (supporting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS), CATS National Tour Instagram influencer program and Pottery Barn Kids/GRINCH in-store series. Management: Guide full time marketing staff members, plus consultants, freelancers and external partners. Cultivate office culture as a founding senior team member. Oversee office IT services, recruitment and hiring. Internal Operations: Streamline internal processes by onboarding cloud based technology solutions, communication and project management systems and centralized data sharing. Spearheaded website and logo redesign.
