Concept developmentProject management

RUMBA (www.rumba.admin.ch) is the resource and environmental management system in the federal government. Its main objective is to continuously reduce the pollutant load of the activities and products of the swiss federal civil administration. My work within this program has been to implement the following projects: 1) Participating at the elaboration of the waste management system of the university (idea development, communication, project management, reporting)2) Improving environmental awareness and communication between EPFL stakeholders3) Fostering the participation of students in the RUMBA program
