Consultant to Army Aviation Command for the contracting, delivery and management of a number of Defence contracts that lease commercial aircraft to deliver a range of services to the ADF. These have included working closely with industry and Army to deliver AW139 aircraft to 5th AVN Regt in Townsville, and Crash Rescue Helicopter and AME services to Oakey and Darwin.

Jindabyne

Director of Corporate Services at Snowy Mountains Grammar School in Jindabyne (K-12 Co-Ed Boarding Independent School) where as part of the Executive Team he led a team of corporate, non-teaching staff overseeing administrative business services, including; facilities/grounds, IT, marketing, HR, finance and physical resources while working closely with the business office and academic teaching staff to enable excellence in education to be delivered to SMGS's students. During this period Marc also contributed to an updated Strategic Plan, new Master Plan for the campus and significant building upgrades to cater for growing student numbers in addition to pursuing Government grant funding opportunities.

Swartz Barracks, Oakey

Director of Oakey Operations responsible for training Army's aircrew and maintenance workforce on ARH Tiger and MRH90 Taipan helicopters. The role is responsible for delivery of airborne and ground training courses and the maintenance of 13 helicopters. The span of responsibility includes managing 140 personnel from Airbus Australia Pacific on behalf of the ADF to deliver training outcomes to the Army Aviation Training Centre.

Responsible for capability upgrades of the Australian ARH Tiger and MRH90 Taipan helicopters within the broader Tiger and NH90 communities in Europe

Brisbane, Australia

Responsible for long term and short term upgrades to both the ARH Tiger and MRH90 helicopters.

Sydney

Responsible on behalf of Australian Aerospace, NHIndustries and partner companies Eurocopter, AgustaWestland and Fokker for providing technical and operational advice for the AIR9000 Phase 8 bid with the NH90 NFH helicopter.

Nowra, Sydney, Canberra

Whilst serving in the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) for 29 years, Marc held a variety of positions including Commanding Officer of the Navy’s Test and Evaluation unit (AMAFTU), Operational Test Director of the RAN’s Test Evaluation and Analysis Authority (RANTEAA), staff officer in Canberra’s Capability Development Group (CDG) and two operational tours to the Red Sea and North Arabian Gulf as flight aircrew (TACCO). Marc has in excess of 2700 flying hours experience with over 1500 hours flying experience in S-70B-2 Seahawk helicopters including flight test and instructing qualifications and over 1000 hours in HS748 Electronic Warfare aircraft.
