Praetorian Guard, a division of Praetorian Wealth Management, Inc., provides customized wealth management services to a discriminating clientele.

Led a team of six strategic planners during a six month deployment to Headquarters, International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), producing options and finding solutions for the Commanding General. Planned and coordinated the pre-deployment training for 148 individuals from 16 nations deploying to serve in the ISAF headquarters. Led and/or participated in multiple planning teams related to Air Targeting as well as Communication and Information Systems matters for a NATO command headquarters of over 400 individuals from 16 different nations.

I led an eight-person strategic interagency planning team that advised General Petraeus and General Odierno on policies to promote stability and independence within the government of Iraq. I coordinated policy options with multiple national security agencies, embassies, and military commands, to include the Departments of State, Treasury, Justice, and USAID.

AH-64D Longbow Helicopter Pilot. Led a 29 person team that planned and coordinated all training, operations, and force development of all US Army attack aviation units modernizing to the Longbow Apache helicopter, to include training for the air forces of Kuwait and the Netherlands. Synchronized and resourced the equipment fielding and training program for two aviation organizations in two separate geographic locations selected to modernize to the Longbow Apache helicopter. We achieved all first year program milestones while successfully keeping the program under its $14M budget. Synchronized and resourced the formation, training and deployment of a brand new aviation-oriented intelligence organization fitted with the nation's latest improvised explosive device (IED) detection technology, resulting in the on-time deployment of the unit to perform combat operations.

Taught 169 students in three different economics courses: Principles of Economics, Economics of National Security, and Money and Banking. Additionally, planned, conducted and coordinated policy analysis personally directed by the Army Chief of Staff, the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, the Deputy Chief of Staff, G1, and other senior Army leaders. Completed both directed and self-initiated studies which provided senior Army leadership with independent and rapid analysis to support Army-level decision making to include officer & enlisted personnel management, budget formulation, soldier compensation, human resources, & quality of life.

Led a AH-64A Apache attack helicopter troop forward deployed in the Republic of Korea. Trained the troop to accomplish its wartime mission. Provided for the professional development, health, welfare, morale and safety of 29 personnel. Planned and coordinated for the tactical employment, as well as the operational readiness and maintenance of eight Apache helicopters, three tactical vehicles and related equipment valued in excess of $88M.

Provided the resources to arm, fuel, fix, move and sustain a brigade forward deployed in the Republic of Korea consisting of over 2000 personnel, 51 aircraft, 48 Patriot missile launchers, and 552 vehicles valued in excess of $690M.

AH-64A Apache Helicopter Pilot. Provided the resources to arm, fuel, move, maintain and sustain a battalion consisting of 305 personnel, 24 Apache helicopters and 68 wheeled vehicles valued in excess of $279M, during a six-month operational deployment to Bosnia-Herzegovina. Represented the aviation task force commander in the planning, coordinating, and monitoring of all aviation operations, including coordination with numerous non-governmental agencies and multi-national adjacent units, resulting in sustained peaceful conditions in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Planned and coordinated the training, welfare and maintenance of an attack helicopter platoon consisting of 14 personnel and four Apache helicopters. Then developed and resourced all battalion training and operations over a 10 month period.
