Synchronized and resourced the equipment fielding and training program for two aviation organizations in two separate geographic locations selected to modernize to the Longbow Apache helicopter. We achieved all first year program milestones while successfully keeping the program under its $14M budget. Synchronized and resourced the formation, training and deployment of a brand new aviation-oriented intelligence organization fitted with the nation's latest improvised explosive device (IED) detection technology, resulting in the on-time deployment of the unit to perform combat operations.
