Operations AnalystPaddle Apr 2018 - Sep 2019London, United Kingdom• Gathered and analysed data, presented monthly business performance dashboards (using SQL) to the CFO and investors.• Sped up processing Chargebacks time across 3 different payment platforms by 33% (and reduced errors) through automation, by updating SQL databases and triggering automatic custom emails to sellers.• Sent out weekly business performance emails to the company on behalf of the CEO.• Created “the most accurate and up-to-date Chargeback dashboard I’ve ever had!” for the Head of Risk and his team, re-building all Chargeback data and corresponding dashboards with SQL.• Sped up fraud and money laundering detection and prevention - set up various automated alerts to the Risk team informing them of buyers or sellers needing review for potential fraud to prevent any fraud from escalating further.• Reduced average processing time for flagged orders down to less than 8 minutes (compared to over 60 minutes previously) through analysis of flagged orders and chargeback data.• As part of Customer Success, I helped the company achieve its biggest ever sales volume (during Black Friday) by speaking to over 100 sellers, making sure they were setting up and promoting a Black Friday discount, offering advice as well as setting up cross-promotions.• Paddle Football Club - Co-Manager and Captain.
