Director - Student Life & Involvment/Greek Life/New Student Orientation
CurrentResponsible for the over-all management of Student Activities, New Student Orientation Programs, Greek Life and the Student Life Center. Guide a dedicated team of professionals and paraprofessional staff in the daily operation of student life programs and services that focus on student engagement, diversity, student centered learning, orientation, leadership and engagement, and late night alternative programming and events and related outcomes. Supervise the directors of Greek Life, New Student Orientation, Student Activities, Coordinator of Athletic Services, Office Manager, two Administrative Assistants, 7 Graduate Assistants and six student employees assigned to each area. Manage departmental operating budget. Serve as co-chair of the First Year Strategy Task Force and serve on the Retention Task Force, David A. Brain Leadership Advisory Committee.
