Tech curious, Salesforce obsessed, out-doorsy father of 2 super girls.I love to get clients on board, integrated and live so you’ll find me in the mix right from the beginning to get everything tested and setup. Then again when a challenge presents itself or some deep digging is required to answer tough questions and finally when the nod is given to get us over the line and live. I spend quite a bit of time under the hood of our client’s systems to understand exactly how everything ties together so that we are able to scope and fit an integration as near as perfect. Ownership, honesty, adaptability and pride in what I do are my strongest traits. I love meeting new people as much as I love meeting deadlines or getting my hands dirty with a new solution. My aim is to get clients live in a very short time and to ensure that their customers have a brilliant experience by increasing efficiency and to make working lives better by supporting our Sales team, our clients, our Dev. teams and our Admins. In the evenings, I put my Salesforce Trailblazer jacket on and during weekends, you will find me in a wetsuit chasing the wind or spending time with my family along the Gower coast.
